A long standing client since 1987, the iconic Kirin Restaurant in Downtown Vancouver was the first in a lineage of Kirin Restaurant locations entrusted to GBS Construction Managers for design and construction management services. In addition to serving local clientele of Chinese fine dining aficionados, this is a destination restaurant for many of Vancouver's tourists and has served many dignitaries, diplomats, celebrities and executives.

Since its original construction in 1987, GBS Construction Managers was entrusted with giving it a facelift in 1997 and again in 2011 prior to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games by providing design and construction management services to better serve its honored and loyal guests.
